Proud to be part of the Sayes brand, Sayes Service was established in 2006 to focus on providing outstanding servicing, maintenance and emergency repairs for integral building systems across every sector.

With over 300 active maintenance contracts, we’re one of the largest maintenance companies in Yorkshire. It’s thanks to our carefully selected team that we continue to keep our customers happy.

When it comes to engineers, the Sayes Service team measures up to high standards. To ensure you always receive the best service from us from the best people, we directly employ all our engineers. each engineer has completed enhanced Disclosure and Barring (DBS) checks and safeguarding training, as well as holding Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards. The annual health and safety training carried out by our engineers includes asbestos awareness, emergency first aid and working safely at heights, as well as much more.
