Project Description

The existing two Boilers two Water Heaters, Flue Dilution system and redundant pipework as well as existing electrical / controls services were stripped out and removed from site in the same day to avoid storing any waste on site.

Two new 80kw Ideal Imax floor standing high efficiency boilers and two new 58.3kw Andrews Ecoflo high efficiency water heaters were installed within the Plant Room with steel and copper pipework used to connect back to the existing distribution service pipework. New condensate drains were installed by creating channels in the existing Plant Room floor connecting to an existing gulley and finished off with chequer plate.

The new common flue installation was powder coated externally in two colours to match the building fabric and carried out on a weekend. New electrical supplies were installed to all new plant and new TREND BMS equipment was installed within the existing control panel, with all plant commissioned and services re-instated by the requested date.
