Project Description
The building is a club comprising bars, games rooms and function rooms. The client contacted us initially as their existing boiler was becoming very unreliable, breaking down constantly and was very inefficient.
Due to the club having functions booked they could not afford to turn off the existing boiler as they had to leave the heating and hot water operational. We therefore identified a store room in the building for use as a new Plant Room. This way we were able to install all new plant and equipment while leaving the old boiler operating and minimise downtime to 1 day as we switched over to the new system.
2 No Vaillant system boilers were installed complete with a pressurisation unit to convert the system to pressurised and each individual heating circuit power flushed on completion of the work.
