As part of the pre-selection process potential contractors had to go through a very thorough interview of their proposal and provided in-depth information relating to their working practices and planning.

Connect Housing recently appointed Sayes Service Ltd to carry out the installation of new central boiler plant whilst also upgrading the heating controls within thirty-five resident flats at Sheltered Housing scheme.
This was an incredibly high-profile project that required careful planning to ensure minimal disruption to the vulnerable tenants. Sayes delivered a high-quality installation, against challenging deadlines whilst still maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Their management team communicated well throughout and maintained a strong site presence ensuring the project was delivered in accordance with the agreed programme of works and specification. Sayes installation engineers were considerate to the needs of the residents, hardworking and professional throughout and did a fantastic job.
